We are happy to accept returns and simply ask that you call first for authorization. All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive the order, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice along with a explanation of why the item is being returned. If at all possible, it must be sent back in its original box and packing material, and must be unaltered when returned. The credit will be issued after the display is received back in good condition. Please insure the package when shipping for the amount of the invoice so that if damaged on the return, you can still be compensated.
There are no refunds on special/custom orders without checking with us first. If you order an item stained and/or with laser engraving, that is considered to be a special order. There are no refunds on engraved plaques. If you have received your order and it is damaged, please contact ASAP us so that we may process a claim and send you a replacement item. If you would like to order a different item in exchange for the item you are returning, standard shipping rates will apply.
Morgan House Woodprojects is not responsible for return postage on items, and there will be a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the credited amount. We are only able to reimburse you with the same method you used for payment (PayPal, Visa, etc.)
* Note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been processed, but before it has been shipped, there is a 10% fee to cover credit card fees we must pay for all transactions.
